A Blissfull Moment
Looking for a sweet treat for those 3pm cravings? These raspberry bliss balls are our go to recipe.
You will need:
1 cup raspberries, frozen
10 medjool dates, seeds removed
1 cup raw cashews
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Place everything in a food processor until all ingredients are mixed well, then roll into balls.
While these are delicious as they are, why not take them up a notch by rolling them in coconut or drizzling them with chocolate (we used Pumpy Jackson). Et viola!
