Delicious Nutella Brownies

Did you know today is World Nutella Day? In case you needed an excuse to consume this scrumptious condiment, we've put together the most simple and decedent after school snack or dessert. 

 

You will need:

400gm jar Nutella

2 eggs

1/2 cup plain flour (we used gluten free flour which worked a treat)

1/2 tsp baking powder

20cm x 16cm baking dish greased.

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Crack the eggs and whisk until mixed.

3. Stir in Nutella.

4. Once egg and Nutella is combined add dry ingredients and mix well.

5. Pour into greased baking dish and put in the oven for about 22 minutes. After it is cooked leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from baking dish to allow the centre to set.
