UPCYCLED T-SHIRT BAG
With the plastic bag ban in supermarkets in most states now and the beginning of Plastic Free July, we thought it was time to get a little thrifty with some basic cotton tee shirts that were no longer getting used. This simple DIY is also a great school holiday project.
YOU WILL NEED:
Sewing machine or cotton and thread
Lay t-shirt down on a flay surface and carefully cut sleeves off on the inside of the seam.
Cut a rounded shape around the neckline.
Turn t-shirt inside out and sew along the inside of the hemline.
Turn your creation in the right way and fill to your hearts content.
We hope you love your bags as much as we do. Don't forget to tag @its.a.monochrome.life in your own DIY projects.
