World Chocolate Day

Did you know today is World Chocolate Day? I mean do we really need an excuse indulge in this sweet treat? We recently stumbled upon this recipe from the founder of Wonder Yoga, Sally Ferris. This is not recipe is not only delicious it is also super simple and a little on the healthier side. If you would like to find out a little about Wonder Yoga you can read their feature here.

1/4 cup of organic coconut oil
80 grams of butter
3 tbs raw cacao powder
1 tbs rice malt syrup
1/2 cup activated almonds

Melt the coconut oil and butter. Stir through the cacao and rice malt syrup. Chop the almonds to the desired size and mix. Freeze for a couple of hours and share with everyone you know and love. Quantities are easily doubled or tripled. 

How super easy is that and jam packed with beautiful real natural ingredients.
